"every story, deserves a voice"

Sevn started writing poetry at age 12 after discovering Toni Morrison and Gwendolyn Brooks while also, trying to find her own voice. Ordinary people in the full experience of life and its hard places are what inspire Sevn. 
 

Writing is the only thing Sevn can do effortlessly; it is the only way she knows how to speak her truth comfortably. Sevn lives in Charlotte, NC with her fiancée Crystal and their Family.
